1.I don't know whom I would like to invite in my school, I think that I would invite all the people who help the world and save people. I thing that the freedom writers are very interesting. I like their idealistic views, I like the fact that thy have shared thier life experiences. they are free.

9.The main issues that the students face are racism, racial segregation at school, discrimination, gang rivalry. They try (fight) to survive (one of the student explains that he has to buy a gun simply to protect himself).
10. I find the description of the death of this student horrible. I think, that I would not survive in such world. Their world is completely different from ours here in Geneva.
11.The freedom writers are learning to accept and respect each other. Ms Gruwell speaks to the world and they understand that it is ridiculous to judge other peolple, and that gang life leads how here nowhere, will not bring anything positive to their lives.

My ScOoL
I'm in College "Nicolas-bouvier" in second year. I still have a little over two and a half years.
This year began well because I have a lot of school subjects with two very good friends; their names are Anouchka and Sara. I like them, because they are so cool and funny. We almost have the same timetable, we finish at 12:30 on Monday and on Friday, and then we can eat together at the cafeteria. On Monday a friend, who is called Julien, has lunch with us. He was in our class last year. At first we ate just the four but now a lot of friends, have goined us.It is very friendly.
I have just French with my main class, but I meet other pupils in other school subjects. I had a week with important exams;called "épreuves regroupée" two weeks ago. They count more for the average, it was stressful, and hard, but I'm proud oh myself.
Last year I hated English, so this year I was passed my exams afraid at first, but I feel reassured because I find English intersting. i love maths and chemistry. I was pleased to begin this year because, I like biology and I started this subject this year. Last year I didn't have it. I will not fail this year, because next year is considered the hardest.
Howeever I have fine start this year. i'm confident.
I wanted write a word about my school "Nicolas-bouvier", I know that there will be a new Supervisor and that perhaps we will spread, but I hope I'll stay in this school, because I'm used to it, I love it and I don't want lose the friends I met there.

I moved since seven months ago, I lived in a housing project, but now I live in a new building with four floors, it’s a little building. My building is in concrete. It is located between some other buildings, it’s not near a big road but near a little road. My apartment is on the first floor, it has a lot of windows and it’s very bright. I have a patio and a balcony, the patio is oriented to the east and the balcony is oriented to the west. My bedroom has a view to the patio and direct access. There are beautiful plants where my cat plays. Near my apartment there is a park and a shopping mall. It’s called is “Balexert”. It’s so hard to describe my apartment so I’ve made a sketch for you.
I go to school by bus, but I must walk for 5 minutes. However I prefer to go by bike because I can come out when I want and the bus is often crowded. My school is called “Nicolas-bouvier”,it is a high school and it is very nice. It has five floors. My studies will last four years and I am in second year. In my class, we are about twenty. I often change classroom, it’s so cool because I meet a lot of people. My favorite school subject is mathematics because I understand them well. I have a lot of subjects, French, German, history, geography, physics, chemistry, mathematics, English, biology… Last year, I was in an athletic class, but I’m not athletic, so I had flexible timetable and I had always the same class. It was cool but I prefer changing classes because I meet more people. Last year I met two great girls! Their names are Anouchka and Sara, they were in my class. Anouchka dances. This year they are also in my class, I’m so happy. After the high school, I would like to become a social worker because I like helping people who are in trouble. After high school, I think that I will go to a HES (high specialized school). In this school, there is a section for social studies. However I have not yet decided, I am not sure. I hesitate to go to university.

She is fifteen years old. She was born October 24th 1991. She has a little sister, her name is Valentina, know as Vali and she is ten years old. Their mother is called Helena and their father Silvio. They come from Portugal and Italy. Their mother is Portuguese and their father is Italian. Sara hasn’t got pets. Her favourite colour is green and her favourite school subject is English. She likes R’N’B’. She plays volleyball but she doesn’t like her coach. Last summer she went to Italy for two weeks. Every year she goes to Italy because she has family over there. She wants to go to university and after she would like to become a doctor.Sara is always smiling but she has a strong character and she knows what she wants. She knows listen and she doesn’t like speaking to her life.Sara is a very good friend for me. I’m happy I know her.

My name is Anaïs. I’m sixteen years old. I love horse riding. I have a brother, he is fourteen years old and his name is Lucas. I have a very good relationship with my parents; I can say anything to my mother. I have got a cat; its name is Foxy. During the vacation, I went to Sweden, it was beautiful and interesting but I don’t understand Swedish. It’s very hard to understand, it’s a strange language.
I want to be a social worker because I like helping people who are in trouble. My best friends are called Audrey, Marie, Christelle and Caroline. They ride horses with me. We play pony-games. We take part in competitions. It’s so cool, I love it. On September 9th, we have a competition; I’m so exited.Life is great. See you soon
